Burns IT Consulting provides customers with the skills and expertise necessary to implement their Information Technology (IT) projects. Typically, we are involved in the full project life cycle, from initial planning through to implementation and close-out.
After establishing a project, we monitor and controll the sequence of activities, the entry and exit of contractors, quality of deliverables, and the project schedule and budget.
